Jay M. Dye, III

Jay Dye is President of Insurance Applications Group (IAG) and has 25 years experience in the voluntary benefits business. IAG is an independent insurance consulting firm specializing in the design, enrollment, and communication of limited benefit health insurance plans. IAG ranked #1 in the nation for mini-medical plans in 2002, 2003, 2005, & 2006, with over $30,000,000 in annual premium for large staffing companies.

IAG is a third generation insurance business with a 40 year history of achievements. IAG's founder, Jasper Marshall Dye, II developed the first Group Insurance department for Provident Life Insurance Company and spearheaded the development of "voluntary group insurance" products 20 years ago.

Before designing Essential StaffCare, Jay customized the AHL minimedical® plan for the staffing industry in the late 1990's. He spent 18 months researching the market and performing due diligence before ever launching the first market.

After building a $30 million block of business across 60 large staffing companies, in 2004 IAG was able to negotiate improved pricing and benefits with BCS Insurance for the Staffing Industry. The new plan includes some important enhancements based on specific feedback received from IAG's staffing clients. IAG works with several "A" rated insurance companies to create customized voluntary benefits programs to fit unique market niches.

Aaron D. Lesher

Aaron Lesher is Executive Vice President of IAG and has 14 years experience in the employee benefits business. Aaron has an M.B.A., and graduated from the renowned Aetna Group Insurance School and Managed Care College.

In 1998, Aaron spearheaded the development of a nationally recognized limited benefit health plan at American Heritage Life Insurance Company (also known as Allstate Workplace Division), which spawned the term "MiniMed" to describe these plans. He managed that product for 5 years, growing it from the ground up in an emerging market. At Allstate Workplace Division, Aaron was responsible for managing their Group Insurance product lines including AHL minimedical®, dental, life, and disability plans.

After building national awareness for mini-medical plans, Aaron joined Coventry Health Care, the 6th largest group health carrier in the U.S., to develop a limited health plan for their local markets. His goal is to help uninsured Americans get early access to professional medical care. He has dedicated his career to educating the public on these programs, and is considered a leading expert on mini-medical insurance.

Aaron joined IAG in April, 2004 to help build a next-generation limited health plan, Essential StaffCARE. This partnership brings together two of nation's leading experts in the design and administration of limited benefit health insurance.
