Express Short-Term Medical benefits (through Assurant) provide you with affordable basic health insurance with up to $2 million in coverage. The plan is simple and flexible, allowing you to design the coverage that is best for you.
Who is Eligible?
• Healthy individuals up to a maximum age limit of 64 and 11 months.
• Dependent children through age 18 (age 24 if a full-time student).
• Foreign residents living in the U.S. for at least one year, with proof of work authorization.
